"I just want pasta Alfredo "

This recipe has been on the books for a while now, I have finally gotten around to coming up with this dish after much insistence from my good lady ("I just want pasta Alfredo")! Alfredo sauce, in my opinion, is characteristically Italian/American and probably a staple sauce used in the popular American franchise - Olive Garden across the USA. Incidentally, I will be heading that way in June so I will be able to fact check this.

This is a very rich, creamy and garlic-laden dish and one for seafood lovers!
